2026-2027 Studio Calendar

Palmetto Performing Arts follows the Richland1 school schedule for closings.

• Open House// Monday, September 7th 4-6pm (can’t make it? stop by on Thursday, September 3rd 2:30-5:30p)

• Classes Begin// Tuesday, September 8, 2026

• Fall In-House Parent Observation// October 26-30th during your dancer’s class. Come in and see what your dancer is learning and working towards, costumes are welcome.

• Thanksgiving Break// November 23-27, no classes

• Winter Break// December 22-January 1, no classes (we will be open on 1/4/27, teacher workday for RCSD1)

• Spring In-House Parent-Observation// is TBD

• Spring Break// March 19-26th, no classes (we will be open on 3/29, RCSD1 is closed)

• Picture Day// Tuesday, April 13- Thursday April 15th at the studio. We will have an altered schedule this week to accommodate pictures

• Last day of classes// Friday, May 21st- we’ll end on the recital! See below…

• Recital 2027// Sunday, May 23rd & Monday, May 24th at the Koger Center for the Arts. Dancers will be split into smaller/shorter shows
