Important Notes:

-When you report, dancers should be dressed in costume. Any extra costumes or hair pieces should be labeled to help us keep everything organized backstage. Please label ALL tutus, skirts, leggings and shoes.

-At Drop off, please keep your dancers street shoes with you during the show.

-Dancers will remain backstage with PPA staff until the end of every show. Pick up will be the same door as drop off. After the show, send ONE parent back to get your dancer at the same location you dropped off.

-Dancers that have more than one dance in a single show: We will update the google doc closer to time with the exact order of the show so you know what costume to report in. Please pack a labeled hairbrush labeled in a bag to help with their hair changes if needed.

-We will send shoes home for Tiny Toes and Combo class dancers as you pick them up.

-DO NOT Send make up with dancers under the age of 5. They don’t need touch ups and we risk getting costumes dirty.

-DO NOT send any snacks or drinks! We have some dancers with severe food allergies and any food brought will be discarded.

-Make up is always up to you as the parent, we highly recommend mascara, lip and cheek color so they are not washed out on stage.
