Report Times are as follows, please be on time so we can get your dancers all set backstage for their show!

  • This will be updated closer to time!

Dancers will remain backstage with PPA staff until the end of every show. Pick up will be the same door as drop off. After the show, send ONE parent back to get your dancer!

When you report, dancers should be dressed in costume. Any extra costumes or hair pieces should be labeled to help us keep everything organized backstage. Please label ALL shoes for older jazz and tap students.

Dancers that have more than one dance in a single show: We will update the google doc closer to time with the exact order of the show so you know what costume to report in. Please pack them a hairbrush labeled in a bag to help with their hair changes if needed.

We will send home shoes for tap/ballet dancers as you pick them up.

DO NOT Send make up with dancers under the age of 5. They don’t need touch ups and we risk getting costumes dirty.

DO NOT send any snacks or drinks! We have some dancers with severe food allergies and any food brought will be discarded.

Make up is always up to you as the parent, we highly recommend mascara, lip and cheek color so they are not washed out on stage.
